How do I pay for orders?
We accept bank transfer and PingPong. We send a detailed invoice before payment. Everything is transparent.
How long are processing and delivery times?
Orders are packed and shipped within 24–48 hours of syncing (1–2 days of processing). Delivery then runs 7–15 business days depending on destination — see the delivery table above.
What if a package is lost or damaged?
We reship or refund the product cost. Our policy covers lost, damaged, and defective items at no extra charge.
