Reshipment & Refund Policy
Please keep in mind that there will be around 1% – 3% packages will get shipments problems such as broken during shipment, wrong items sent, items not as described, wrong shipping/undeliverable address, dishonest claims, lost by the post office. (We will not take the responsibility if you give us the wrong address of your customer, and please always check product clearly before starting to agreement)
In case of issues list above, please kindly take pictures or videos of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem.
Please contact EboxMan Customer Support Teams with full evidence, we will strive the best to make it right. As soon as evidence verified by us, Reshipment & Refund can be arranged within 24 hours.
All case of guaranteed should be with in 30 days.
Any claims for after-sale issues such as misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product is received. We won’t offer a full refund or exchange for orders delivery for over 1 month. For exchange, you need to pay the shipping fee to return (return the product to the factory) and resend.
- Reshipping cost
EboxMan will cover the reshipping cost or refund only in cases when items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by EboxMan Customer Service Teams to be defective.
- Refund: EboxMan will refund the money that you buy the product (COGs) from us, or take credit to us that money for the next orders
- PLEASE ATTENTION:
All products are made to orders, and personalized products can not be returned due to their customized elements unless there is an issue with the quality of the product. In this case, please return it to us and we will either replace the product or give you a refund – in this circumstance we will also refund you for the shipping cost.
Note: Sometimes customers complain that the product does not arrive, please stay calm and ask them to check their front door, the mailbox.
Sometime the package could be lost because someone steals it, this always happens because some customer have the camera on the front door, please ask them to check it
And Some customers could try to lie to you to ask for a refund or something else because they could try to lie to you.
