Reshipment & Refund Policy
At EboxMan, we understand that the dropshipping business can have its challenges, including the occasional shipment problem such as broken items, wrong items sent, items not matching the description, incorrect shipping address, and lost packages. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible if an incorrect address is provided. Please ensure to thoroughly check the product before finalizing any agreement.
In the event that you encounter a shipment issue, please take pictures or videos of the damage or defect and provide a clear description of the problem. Contact our Customer Support Team with the evidence and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. Once the evidence is verified, reshipment or a refund can be arranged within 24 hours.
All claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. After-sale issues, such as misprinted, damaged, or defective items, must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered for orders delivered over a month ago. If an exchange is desired, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the product to the factory and for resending.
Reshipping cost will only be covered by EboxMan if the items arrive in damaged condition or are confirmed by our Customer Service Team to be defective. Refunds will be for the cost of the product (COGs) or credited towards future orders.
Please note that all products are made-to-order and personalized products cannot be returned due to their customized elements, unless there is a quality issue. In this case, we will replace the product or issue a refund, including the shipping cost.
If a customer complains that the product has not arrived, please ask them to check their front door and mailbox. It is possible that the package may have been lost or stolen.
